What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, mobile number, email (if you add it), vehicle, delivery address and notes. We collect it when you book an install, reserve tires or wheels, ask for a delivery price, or send us a message.

Why we use it

To confirm and remind you of appointments, hold and prepare your order, work out delivery, and reply to your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messages

When you book or reserve, we text you a confirmation and, for appointments, a reminder the day before. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Services that help us

Text messages are sent through Twilio. Address suggestions and driving distance come from Google Maps. Bookings and orders are stored in a secure database with our website host. These providers may store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and order records as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records.
